What a week!
It has certainly been a busy week - yet a good one. Gabby seems to be getting used to daycare and she is having excellent days.
She has a bit of a cold right now. Perhaps from all that new spring air and the strolls every day. Wednesday night was the worse. She was up for most of the night and she had trouble breathing and sleeping. I phoned into work around 5:00 am and told them I would stay home with Gabby and work the next day instead since it was my Friday off. But by 7:30 am she was up and laughing! It wasn't a waste though, I ran errands on Thursday and I actually got lots of work done on Friday since there weren't many people around the plant.
We had a busy weekend as well. We walked down town on Saturday. I would say that Gabby enjoyed herself but she slept the entire time...She went walking today with Mom and really enjoyed herself. I don't think she wanted to come home!
Gabby is now standing alone and trying to pull herself to standing without help. Wow, can you believe it?

The Big Girl Chair
Gabby has been in love with this chair since it was given to her many months ago but she hasn't been able to get in and out of it on her own until recently...I threw in the first picture just because it's so darn cute!
Got Water?
Gabby has discovered the water cooler...our floor is taking a beating from all the spillage! We had it blocked with the dog food but where there's a will....there's a Gabby!
Shopping Again
I think Gabby has a thing for straws. She picked this out at Walmart and wouldn't put it down. So guess who owns a Dora cup now? :)

Born To Shop
Gabby sure loves to shop and she did quite well last week. Even though she was sick, she took the time to check out her stuff. I think she may take after Grandmama???????

Teething and Fever
We spent most of last week in Edmonton. John had a conference and some appointments and I had training. Gabby was really sick the entire time. She is getting her top teeth and she had a low fever from Wednesday to Sunday. She was so sick but she still found a way to smile. She is such a good little girl!
We got to go to Rick and Dee's on Saturday and we had such a good time. Gabby really likes Ricky.
You can see from the pictures below that she is not feeling well. She is really pale.
At Jungle Jim's...she really liked drinking water like a big girl...
Laid back. This is how she sits in her stroller now. We were waiting for John at the dentist and she grabbed a couple of pamphlets. She still has them!

Poor Baby
Poor baby fell and hit her head on the coffee table. Thank you Auntie A for helping me through my panic! She is fine and she is sleeping in Daddy's arms right now. How sweet! Here is a picture I just took of her and the other two were earlier today while she was playing!
