Yeahhhh...I was able to open it. Last night it would not open. She is such a show off. Those videos are so nice. I could see how tall she was, her long hair, her dancing, her lovely room (because I have not seen it since the crib was up), her talking, and her newest picture smile. I miss her too much!!! Give her kisses for us....xoxo
